Allow you to move to another property should the need arise.
THE VALUATION
There will be a fixed cost for the valuation of your property in due course.
IMPORTANT.
We will only require a valuation to be carried out on your property, when you are notified by us that we can proceed toward a completion by Solicitors, subject to a satisfactory valuation.
Purchasers' solicitors will then have a valuation of your property that is valid at the point of sale.
With Investment Property Reversions Limited you will not pay out or incur valuation fees or structural survey fees or costs without us confirming that we can proceed to a Legal completion
The valuation fee will initially be paid by you when we request the valuation. Please do not obtain one yourself, you may find ours much cheaper. This fee will be repaid to you on completion of any one of our schemes by solicitors.
For your security we only use fully qualified firms of Chartered Surveyors who are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and who have knowledge of your area.
OUR CHARGES
Our arranging fee varies depending on the type of scheme that you choose. It is always based on the SURVEYED VALUE of the property and would only be paid on completion of the scheme by Solicitors.
In the case of HOME REVERSION SCHEME or SHARED/PARTIAL EQUITY RELEASE SCHEME) whereby you unlock/sell a proportion of the value of your home, our charge will be related to the proportion sold only.
All our quotations will set out the cash sum and detail our charges.
